Tiny Tot Review- 2025

What is the Tiny Tot Review?
The Tiny Tot Review is a judged costume event where children ages 0–5 dress up in western or Land Run of 1893–era attire and take the stage to showcase their outfits, smiles, and personalities. Kids are judged on outfit authenticity, stage presence, and personality, with awards given for standout performances!

This is a cherished Perry tradition, bringing families together to celebrate our rural roots and support a love for the parade. keeping meaningful rural traditions alive while inspiring a connection to our local heritage is important to fostering our mission here at the Cherokee Strip Museum.

📍 Noble County Fairgrounds – Show Arena

 Placings & Awards
Saturday, September 13 following the Cherokee Strip Parade, on the bandstand in the downtown square.
Usually around 11:00 AM
🏅 Judging results and awards will be announced during the celebration—plus, your child gets another chance to wear their festive outfit!

We love to see your creativity !

Costumes may be homemade, heirloom, or creatively assembled to reflect the Land Run era or western style. Encourage imagination or historical flair! Most importantly this is a fun, memorable tradition.
